I offer three online workshops for guilds and groups: Coiling Basics about my coiled basketry techniques; Freeform Tapestry which I use to create small format improvisational tapestries; and Color Journaling which covers the exercises I developed in my studio practice to more freely use color on paper and with fiber. If you are interested in any of these workshops, please contact me for a more detailed prospectus.

COLOR JOURNALING

There are tw0 versions of this workshop. In the one-hour session, participants will learn the basic color journaling exercise I developed in my own studio practice to help me learn to more freely play with color. I also give an overview of six variations to the basic exercise and discuss some of the ways I use color journaling in my studio practice.
An expanded three-hour workshop is also available which includes everything in the one-hour session, then participants will use the basic exercise to create a design for a larger work and we will discuss in depth how color journaling can be used improvisationally in their own studio practices.
Fee for the one-hour session is $50 for up to 10 participants; $100 for 11 – 20 participants. Fee for the 3-hour session is $150 for up to 10 participants. A materials list and PDF handout are included in the fee. A 20% discount for my book, Color Journaling: Engaging & Expanding Your Creativity While Playing with Color will be available to participants for 2 weeks after the workshop.
